On coating MAAX ZEROLAP 225 provides a non-sticky surface hence atmospheric contaminants and greasy particles from cotton will not get settled on the cots.
MAAX ZERO LAP 225 coating prevents build-up of static electricity thereby substantially reducing the incidence of lapping
MAAX ZERO LAP 225 coating prevents grooving by better resistance to aberrations and erosions.
MAAX ZERO LAP 225 coating prevents ageing of the rubber by preventing oxidation of Isoprene, and Acrylonitrile molecules of rubber in the cots.
MAAX ZERO LAP 225 coating is resistant to solvents used during cleaning.
MAAX ZERO LAP 225 coating enhances the life of cots.

Applications

MAAX ZEROLAP 225 ANTI-LAPPING SOLUTION FLUIDMIX is widely used for surface treatment of synthetic rubber cots to prevent lapping problems in textile cotton and synthetic spinning units.

METHOD:

MAAX ZEROLAP 225 Anti Lapping Solution Fluid is a 2 part FLUIDMIX – FLUIDMIX 1 & FLUIDMIX 2

Mixing Ratio: 1:3 ( One Measure of Fluidmix 1 to three Measure of Fluidmix 2 )

Note: One mixed Mixture must be used within 4 hours.
